Just 30 minutes from our little paradise, you can find many places of great interest: Orvieto, Lake Bolsena, Todi, the Park of the Monsters in Bomarzo, and Civita di Bagnoregio. Only 5 minutes away is the Alviano Lake Oasis, a protected area managed by the WWF because it preserves aquatic environments disappeared for over a century.

At the heart of our estate grows the prized black truffle, a jewel of the region, nurtured among 3,690 plants. Its intense, full-bodied aroma elevates every dish, lending itself to endless recipes. Among woods and trails, nature offers its most noble treasures, and for those who wish, it is possible to experience the thrill of truffle hunting “Cerca e Cavatura”, a set of traditional knowledge and practices recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Our Olive Oil
Among the estate’s centuries-old olive trees, our green gold preserves the genuine flavors of local tradition. Tasting it means experiencing authenticity in every drop. Each step—from harvesting the olives to slow cold pressing—tells a story of care, passion, and deep respect for the land and its gifts.
E-biking
No matter the level of difficulty, no destination is out of reach. Choosing an e-bike means enjoying the freedom to tackle any route with ease, fully immersing yourself in nature, fun, and relaxation.
Golf Experience
For golf enthusiasts, the area offers outstanding courses to discover. About 65 km from the villa lies Terre dei Consoli (Viterbo), designed by renowned American architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. Also in Lazio, 77 km away, is the Golf Nazionale of Sutri. In Umbria, the Golf Club Perugia (80 km) features an 18-hole course in the heart of the city, while the Antognolla Golf Club (90 km), also designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., offers an 18-hole course set amid the Umbrian landscape.
